Margin Update!
The day trading margin for the E-mini Russell has been temporarily changed from $500 per contract to $750 per contract due to increased volatility. This restriction will be reset when TradeMaven Clearing deems it appropriate. Thank You for your cooperation.
$500 Day-Trading Margins
Day-trading Margins for e-mini equity index contracts will be set at $500 per contract per trade up to 50 contracts. Day-Trading margins will not be available on any account for a period of at least 24-hours following a margin call. Day-Trading hours are considered to be from 8:30am Central to Market Close. Margins are subject to change without notice. These margins are updated on a best effort basis. If you are uncertain about a particular requirement, please refer to the appropriate exchange website for accurate margin information.
